Terms of Service Welcome to MUAH.AI! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and any software, applications, or services provided by MUAH.AI (collectively referred to as the "Service"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our website or engaging with our services.

MUAH.AI is a software development company that specializes in providing innovative solutions, including but not limited to artificial intelligence, machine learning, and software development services. Our services may include the development, customization, implementation, and maintenance of software applications, as well as consulting and training. The specific details of the services we provide may be outlined in separate agreements or proposals. Muah AI also has consumer facing products and services such as Muah AI AI Companion – a service that strictly offers AI processing services for the end consumer.
  1. User Responsibilities
a. Account Creation: In order to access certain features or services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the account registration process and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. And you must be of 18 years or older to use our service. b. Compliance with Laws: You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party agreements while using our website and services. You are solely responsible for obtaining any necessary licenses, permissions, or consents related to the use of our services. All contents offered by Muah AI Companion platform are AI Generated from on command of USER’s prompt, decisions, and intentionality. And users agree to comply with all applicable laws and be responsible for all the content that is as result of AI generated content. Muah AI is solely an AI processing service provider that processes data based on user input. c. Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
  • Violating any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Infringing upon the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Distributing or transmitting any viruses, malware, or other malicious code.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
  • Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of our website or services.
  • Engaging in any activity that may cause harm to MUAH.AI, its users, or third parties.
  1. Intellectual Property Rights
a. Ownership: MUAH.AI retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including any software, code, designs, graphics, logos, and other materials provided or used in connection with the Service. You acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights by using our website or services. With exception to Muah AI companion platform where user generated photos, text, and voice. User has all right to the AI generated content generated during the interaction of Muah AI companion platform. b. User Content: By submitting or sharing any content through our website or services, you grant MUAH.AI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display that content for the purpose of providing and promoting the Service. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant such a license.
  1. Confidentiality
MUAH.AI may provide you with access to confidential information, including but not limited to trade secrets, proprietary methodologies, or client information. You agree to treat all such information as confidential and not disclose or use it for any purpose other than as expressly authorized by MUAH.AI.
  1. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MUAH.AI and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
  1. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold MUAH.AI and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

MUAH.AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice. Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved exclusively through arbitration in accordance with the rules of United States. The language of arbitration shall be English. Each party shall bear its own costs and expenses incurred in connection with the arbitration.
  1. Modifications to the Terms
MUAH.AI reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes through our website or by other means. Your continued use of our website or services after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
  1. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
  1. Purchase and Refund
Consumer subscription purchases under Muah AI are NOT refundable, and are optional addons for premium experience. Upon good faith of the consumer and given special circumstances, our customer support team can issue one-time exception partial refund or even full refund for consumers wanting a refund or exchange. However, if a consumer is acting in bad faith and disputing payments fraudulently, and/or without contacting our customer support team we shall enact upon our zero refund stance, and will counter-dispute with ALL acting evidence.
  1. Entire Agreement
